Steve Rezac – Steve is an innovative entrepreneur and training expert who is recognized in helping business owners and CEOs achieve their top business goals. Steve has over 30 years of senior level experience in sales, business development and global sales training. He is a pioneer in implementing learning systems that include pre-work, classroom training, action planning and interactive follow-up built into each intervention. Previously, Steve was Manager of Sales Training for BASF, a $1.3 billion company. Implementing a totally integrated sales effectiveness solution, Steve contributed to the success of the Specialty Products Division growth by increasing sales by 5% and profits by 35%.

Bob Davis – Capping his own successful sales career, Bob works as a senior consultant for McCourt Associates. In that role as an account executive, Bob has been awarded the Wilson Learning “PaceSetter Award” for meeting established sales goals for 19 consecutive years. Working with sales professionals in a variety of industries, Bob has helped companies achieve greater success by shortening their sales cycle and increasing their close ratios. Bob has also been a guest speaker at Harvard & Boston University Graduate School of Business Management. Bob’s special expertise is in delivering motivational workshops at National/Global Sales Meetings. He has spoken in front of groups as large as 600 people in the U.S., Canada and Europe.  (references)

Cyndi Walsh – Cyndi has been with McCourt almost since its inception. Her passion and experience have focused on coaching individuals to be as authentic and effective in front of a group as they are in one-to-one communication. In addition to her expertise in presentation skills, Cyndi is an accomplished salesperson and coach, integrating return on investment studies with all of her client work. She is at her best assisting sales teams to create and effectively deliver high impact, customer focused presentations. Recently, one of Cyndi’s environmental services clients documented a 53% increase in revenue, or $ 2.7 million, attributable to a negotiating skills intervention, supported by strong sales management coaching.

Maria Wardwell – Maria is a high energy, results oriented professional with 28 years of progressive accomplishments. Prior to joining McCourt, Maria spent 15 years in the banking industry in a variety of management and individual contributor roles. Maria has extensive experience in leadership development, performance management, change management, building team effectiveness and workflow redesign. Maria shares her leadership expertise with many McCourt clients. She brings a clear understanding of group dynamics and expertise in interpersonal communications to the classroom.
